Job Description
Florence Community Healthcare is looking for several experienced Nurse Supervisors to serve as unit leads and liaisons with our Chief Nursing Officer.

This role is a working supervisor, responsible for direct patient care of the unit. assesses, plans, coordinates facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development; determines and maintains unit or program needs and standards (using nursing process and evidence -based information).

This position plans and provides clinical support to patients and staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area and will be expected to provide leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management. Oversees the operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care and completes daily rounding on patients and staff to ensure highest standard of quality care. Serves as a resource and provides clinical expertise for unit staff and physicians for problem-solving on patients, processes, and family issue. Leads the development of staff and supports career advancement opportunities. Functions as a role model and encourages staff to participate in their own development.

Skills / Requirements
Current Arizona RN license and a minimum of 3 years acute care experience. BSN preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, physicians, patients and their families.
