Questions About Your Bill


If you have billing questions following your discharge, please call 520-868-3000 and ask for the Billing Department. You will be connected with the appropriate person in our business office.

Upon discharge your insurance will be billed for services you received from Florence Community Healthcare and it’s supporting providers.  Physicians or providers who you did not see personally, but who provide us important medical services pertaining to your stay may bill you.  A statement will be mailed to your for any remaining balance due after your insurance claim(s) has been processed.

If Medicare covers you we will need a copy of your card to verify eligibility and to process your claim.  If you have Medicare supplemental insurance we will also bill that plan.  Any co-payments or deductibles will be the responsibility your responsibility.

A statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance company has processed the insurance claim. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by cash, personal check or credit card.  Please mail payments to*:

If you have no insurance coverage, you may discuss your payment and charity care options with a financial representative when you register.
